A refurbishment project completed to 14 individual units in a magnificently preserved old-world apartment art deco block positioned in the heart of St Kilda. Each unit was modernised with new kitchens, polished floors and stucco white walls. The ground floor dwellings had private courtyards all within a beautifully landscaped surrounding garden
